1. Parties: This agreement is between Best-Ai-Solutions, owned by David Peterson, and [Client Name/Business _____________________________], hereinafter "Client."

2. Scope of Services Best-Ai-Solutions will provide:

-AI-powered tools for service business automation, including chatbots (CustomGPT.ai), workflow automation (Zapier), content creation (Jasper AI), Captivation Hub and other design assets, etc.

-Custom consulting or software development as specified in the Statement of Work (attached).

Services delivered online, with deliverables provided via email or cloud platform.

- Digital products (e.g., eBooks, classes, ai tools etc) at prices as listed on the product page; no joining fees apply.

3. Pricing- Total cost: As specified for each digital product or service (e.g., per product description or Statement of Work).

4. Term and Termination:

- This agreement begins on [Start Date:___________________] and continues until [End Date] or completion of services.

- Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Client remains liable for costs incurred.

5. Confidentiality- Both parties agree to protect confidential information (e.g., client business data, AI tool specifics).

- Confidentiality survives termination for 3 years.

6. Ownership and License:

- Deliverables are owned by Landscaping AI Solutions;  Client receives a non-exclusive license.

- Client data remains Client’s property.

7. Governing Law - This agreement is governed by Florida law, with disputes resolved in Fort Myers, Florida, applicable across the United States.
